The S Family: Our Three Sons

Three bright-eyed, fun brothers — bright plaid shirts — a sunny November afternoon — what more could a photographer want?

I enjoyed trying a new lens and capturing these sweet faces as we walked from one location to another on a pretty day. Boys are SO MUCH fun! Rocks, sticks, leaves … silly stuff … gotta love it.

I just hope and pray Little Brother gets his five new teeth soon–they were really bothering him today, but he was a trooper and got through the session with flying colors. Thanks, guys, and thanks to your very fun parents too!

I Heart Faces Over My Head Photo Challenge

This is my entry for the I Heart Faces: Week 29 Photo Challenge with the theme “Over My Head” …

… with lots of helium!

I had taken a few shots of these cute sisters holding their balloons high over their heads, but this one turned out to show their playfulness the most.

Thanks for leaving some love!

Now … Pop over to the I Heart Faces site (just click on the camera) to see lots more entries from fantabulous photographers!

Paige & Hanna

You’re so FUN!

Hope you like {LOVE} your shots!

Rock Star Evening with the Girls

Delightful. That’s just one word I use to describe these seven- and thirteen-year-old sisters!

I had fun capturing Hanna and Paige and their dear mom and dad’s photos in the quaint French river town of Kimmswick last evening. Though it was a typical Missouri hot and humid day, they didn’t seem to mind the weather conditions. Maybe it was ’cause they had been bribed with ice cream treats?

I love the girls’ choices of shirts–Rock Star fit the bill! This is a SOOC shot … I’m anxious to play with PS CS4 to enhance their gorgeous blue eyes and do some cool textures for a variety of their pix.

Hanna, Larry, Gretchen, and Paige–thanks for the great time along the railroad tracks and for trusting me to capture your dear family! I already have more ideas for the NEXT shoot!
